- Workflow Menu > Service Overview > Expiring Service Contracts Bucket

- You may identify Service Contracts to expire (or renew) via the Service Contract Renewal Q – accessible from:
- In Edit mode, update the Service Contract Statuscode drop down to a value that is configured as ‘inactive’ (in a POST State) for your Company (i.e. General Code SCSTATUS with Active Flag value = N)
- Click the Save icon
