Quick ICO
The Quick ICO (Internal Change Order) feature allows Project Managers to quickly see the amount of Scheduled Hours vs Actual Hours (what has already been time billed to the project), and easily create ICO orders for labor over or under usage.
Note: The “Remainder” column on this report displays the calculated value [Projected Hours – Actual Hours].
There are three locations from which a Project Manager may do this:
- Any Project Form > Project Tab > PRINT icon > Projected vs. Actual Hours
- Projects > Quick Views > Project Status > Grid Extended Menu > Projected vs. Actual Hours (opens based on the project number in the selected row of the report)
- Live Data > BI Data > Project WIP > Grid Extended Menu > Projected vs. Actual Hours (opens based on the project number in the selected row of the report)
Using the Adjustments column to create an ICO:
- “Adjustment” is the only editable column in the Projected vs. Actual Hours report. To adjust for labor over or under usage, on the related master line, choose a positive or negative value from the dropdown menu in the Adjustments column, click on the Grid Extended Menu, and click “Process ICO.”
- An associated Order form will open. Confirm and Approve the Order as usual using the Process button. A “Processed Successfully” message will appear when completed.
- Return to the Projected vs. Actual Hours report and note that the ICO Hours and Projected Hours columns have been updated to reflect the processed ICO.
