Available Q360 Core and Live Data Report designs may be detailed or summaries, and may include or exclude budget information.
Common Standard Income Reports:
- Income Statement (Q0028): Accounting > Reports > Income Statement – Allows users to examine revenue versus expenses for a selected date range.
- Presents results of multiple or single accounting periods in one column.
- Includes Revenue and Expenses, grouped vertically.
- Run report: select Company, desired Income Statement design, reporting period or date range, and sub-account group (Branch or Department). Alternatively, user may leave sub account group blank to show ALL for the selected period. Run report and choose to print, email or display report on-screen.
- Income Comparison: Accounting > Quick View > Income Comparison – Allows users to compare multiple accounting periods on a single report (each period appears in its own column).
- Income and Expenses are grouped vertically, Periods are displayed as individual columns.
- User may sort period columns to show change for each period in ascending order (checkbox on filter tab). Alternately, user may include a “Change” column which will appear between the period columns and displays the change from one period to another (checkbox on filter tab).
- Run report: on the Filter tab, select Company, desired Income Statement design, reporting period or date range, and sub-account group (Branch or Department). Alternatively, user may leave sub account group blank to show ALL for a selected period. Clicking the Search button runs the report.
- This report may be exported (right click on grid) in Excel, CSV or PDF format.
- Combined Income Statement (Q0251): Accounting > Quick View, or Live Data Reports > Combined Income Statement – Allows users to compare financials across branches or departments and/or view the combination of ALL.
- Revenue, Cost of Sale, GP and Expenses are grouped vertically, and Branch and / or Department results are grouped into columns.
- Run report: on filter tab, select Entity No, reporting period or date range, format, and sub-account group (Branch or Department). Alternatively, user may choose ALL to show ALL branches and departments for a selected period. Clicking the Search button runs the report.
- This report may be exported (right click on grid) in Excel, CSV or PDF format.
