Image grids and document grids offer Q360 users the option to associate an image with various information stored in Q360, such as product photos, diagrams, etc. Some examples of forms that offer this option are: Opportunity, Contact, Employee, Asset, Quick Data Entry and Master.
An example using the Inventory Master form:
- From the Master form, click on the Images tab.
- Click on the green + ADD button on the images grid. A Document modal will open.
- There are three options to upload an image:
- Drag and drop an image from your local computer into the modal
- Browse your files for an image file to upload
- Add a link to an image URL (clicking this option will open a field in which to enter a URL)
- You will be prompted to define a name and comment for the image.
- Image will display in the image grid.
