| Title | N/A | Project title applied on header |
| Master No | N/A | A record used to denote an individual item which was sold. Which could be a product (material or labor) or service. |
| Description | N/A | Description of the Master No. which was sold |
| Budget Hrs | Imported Value | The original budgeted quantity of project hours which were sold via that Master No. |
| Budget Cost | Master No Cost * Budget Hrs | The original budgeted cost of the quantity of project hours which were sold via that Master No. |
| CCO Hours | Imported Value | The total number of approved CCO hours which were sold via that Master No. Will include all approved CCOs in the calculation. |
| CCO Cost | Master No Cost * CCO Hrs | The total cost of the approved CCO hours which were sold via that Master No. Will include all approved CCOs in the calculation. |
| Sold Hrs | Budget Hrs+CCO Hrs | The total number of approved hours (Budget and CCO) sold via that Master No. |
| Sold Cost | Master No Cost * (Budget Hrs+CCO Hrs) | The total cost of the approved hours (Budget and CCO) sold via that Master No. |
| ICO Hrs | Imported Value | The total number of approved ICO hours which were sold via that Master No. Will include all approved ICOs in the calculation. |

| Actual Hours | Imported Value | This value represents the actual hours timebilled and posted against assigned tasks |
| Actual Cost | Imported Value | Values based on invoicing that has occurred and that are posted to the project |
| Sold-Act Hours | Sold Hrs – Actual Hrs | The amount of sold hours remaining based on the equation of Sold Hours minus Actual Hours expended for that Master No. This can be a negative number if Actual Hours exceed Sold hours |
| Sold-Act Cost | Sold Cost – Actual Cost | The amount of sold cost remaining based on the equation of Sold Cost minus Actual Cost expended for that Master No. This can be a negative number if Actual Cost exceed Sold Cost |
| Variance Hours | Sold Hrs – Actual Hrs | The amount of sold hours remaining based on the equation of Sold Hours minus Actual Hours expended for that Master No. This can be a negative number if Actual Hours exceed Sold hours. This field will match the Sold -Act Hrs field |
| Variance Cost | Sold Cost – Actual Cost | The amount of sold cost remaining based on the equation of Sold Cost minus Actual Cost expended for that Master No. This can be a negative number if Actual Cost exceed Sold Cost. This field will match the Sold -Act Cost field |
| Scheduled Hours | Imported Value | This number equals the number of Scheduled Hours on tasks / subtasks for the Master No. |
| Remaining Hours | Scheduled Hours – Actual Hours | This number equals the number of Scheduled Hours on tasks / subtasks for the Master No. minus the Actual Hours posted against those tasks / subtasks for the Master No. |
