Purpose: Track and manage products within Q360 to streamline inventory management, sales and reporting processes.

1. Open a product record that  you wish to merge into another product detail record
2. On the Extended Menu of this same record, select the option “Merge Into Another Product Detail”
3. A Select Product window will open. Highlight the Product you wish to merge INTO and click the Select button.  A message will appear confirming a successful merge
4. The product and any associated recurring calls will no longer appear on the original product record, but will now appear on the second product record in the Product Details grid and the Recurring Calls tab
