Yes. Users interested in this will need to authorize their email to enable both email and calendar syncing bewteen Q360 and Outlook. To authorize your email click on your name in the top right corner of the main Q360 screen and select ‘Authorize Email’ from the drop down menu, and enter requested credentials.

We recommend using the Q360 “Set Reminder” function for this purpose – see this feature demonstrated in this webinar.
Probability % takes into consideration the entire pipeline, including the weighted total.

Individual users will need to authorize their email (see above) to be able to see Q360 Opportunity emails appear in their Outlook calendar, and view Calendar appointments (Set Reminder, Update Reminder). When sending emails from Outlook, these will appear in Q360 as long as the Tracking Number is included at the end of the Subject line, and an generic sales email address (tied to an Email Q) is cc’d. Please review our Help Center information regarding setting up Email Q’s.
It is designed for you to evaluate leads prior to converting them to Prospects / Opportunities. You may import lists or add business cards that may be later assigned to Sales Reps to be vetted prior to converting them to Prospects / Opportunities / Contacts. We also have a HubSpot integration that can import leads to Q360.
This is not a current function within Q360.
