Reminders may be set from any form or window within Q360 that has this option. This option, if available, can be accessed on the drop down menu on the form tab (depicted by a down arrow icon). Note: Sales Opportunities have additional Opportunity Reminder functionality located directly on the Opportunity form itself.
- Locate and click the “Set Reminder” option. The Set Reminder modal will open.
- Set a Title, Reminder Date / Time, Status, and Message. Note: the URL field will auto-populate with the link to the form you are currently on.
- In the Type field, select your reminder preference from the drop down menu. You may select “Outlook Calendar” or “Q360 Pop Up,” or both.
- Outlook Calendar: this Reminder will appear on your Outlook Calendar provided this has been set up to sync with Q360.
- Q360 Pop Up: this Reminder will appear as a pop up message within Q360, and be stored in your Notifications list until deleted.
- Check (or not) the Private flag depending on your privacy preferences.
- Click OK to save this Reminder
View Reminders in Q360:
- New Reminder notifications will appear as a number next to the bell icon on your Main Action Bar at the top of your Q360 window. Click this icon to view your list of notifications.
- Click on the URL in the Reminder to open the window from which you created the Reminder.
- Clear (delete from this list) a single Reminder using the ‘x’ on that Reminder.
- Clear ALL Reminders using the Clear All button.
Note: A full Reminder History may be viewed at View Main Menu > Notification History, however, you will not be able to access the URL that was linked to your Reminder.
