Employees may review their submitted time bills using the Time Log.
From Any Time Bill:
- Open any Time Bill
- Click on the Time Log tab
- By default, Daily Totals will appear in the grid, below each day’s Time Bills, and the current week’s Total will appear at the bottom of the grid. You may view previous weeks or other time periods by selecting these from the Time Period filter drop down list.
- To view details for a specific Time Bill, click the magnifying glass on the associated line item. Depending on your assigned permissions, you may be able to edit or delete your Time Bill at this time.
- To edit information directly in the Time Log grid, click the grid EDIT icon and make changes to any column indicated with a pencil icon at the top.
From File Main Menu:
- Navigate to File Main Menu > Time Log. The Time Log will display as a grid and may be filtered using the Filter icon above the grid.
