Assign Permissions to Create Live Data Reports

To grant User permission to create a live data report:

1. Go to Maintenance Main Menu > User Maintenance and open the UserID record
2. Assign the User permission to create a live data report, and the data source(s) applicable (form must be in EDIT mode):
   • Click the Permissions tab > User Perms sub tab, and in the Permissions grid, ensure this User has the RUNSQL permission (in Basic category)
   • Click the LDR Datasources sub tab and in the Data Sources grid, select the appropriate Access Flag checkbox(es) for which you wish to give this User permission
3. Click the SAVE icon
