Revamped underlying tools to improve the user experience.

Enhancements now include visibility to the underlying core live data reports driving the data set of this core dashboard.

A supervisor responsible for posting timebill records now has the option to reject an unposted timebill record. System automatically sends an email to the user for whom timebill is for, creates a history record, and adds a user/date/time stamped note of the reason for the rejection.

Mouse right click option to export data to Excel now behaves consistently across all Q360 grids, and handles larger sets of data.
