- Go to the Service Contract Details tab > Contract Information section and select Renewal Type drop down value “AUTO”
- When the End Date is reached, Q360 automatically sets the new End Date to 12 months in the future
- Note: Service Contract will be available to be billed / invoiced as per its Billing Frequency and Days in Advance setup
- Furthermore, if configured as a nightly SQL job, the creation of the Invoice will occur automatically
