Regularly monitor balance and usage of a Block Amount (prepaid) Service Contract
- From a specific Block Amount Service Contract > Header tab, you can view the Block Amount Balance field value at this specific point in time
- There are several Live Data reports that also give visibility to Block Amount Service Contracts defined in the system: go to Live Data Main Menu > Live Data Reports and search for “Block Amount”
- Block Amount Summary | displays Block Amount Service Contracts, with the option to zoom into a specific Contract, i.e. the Block Amount Detail report
- Block Amount Detail | displays how Block Amounts were used, and when they were added to a specific Service Contract within a given time period
- Block Amount Summary Ext | intended for External Users (e.g. your Customer) to access their own reports through the Customer Portal
