The Customer Portal is Q360’s front end user interface for your Customers (“External Users”) to view and manage some records and perform select actions
With a login and appropriate permissions, you can grant your Customer access to
- Calls
- Projects
- Invoices
- Live Data Reports
- Dashboards
View, Edit, Create Service Calls and Projects
New Calls may be created via
- New Call Toolbar option
- Add Call button on the Customer grid or Site grid
