Specific Call Report
- Open the Call record
- Click the Call PRINT icon, then “Print Call Report”
- Select the Print Options / Parameters you want, then click the OK button
- If printing to screen, the report will display in a separate browser window (you may download a PDF from this window if necessary)
- A Standard Output Layout includes sections for:

- Call Attributes
- Work Requested (Problem)
- Work Performed (Solution)
- Sign off

General Service Call Reports
- Service > Reports contains reports that are optimal for PDF and physical printing
- Service > Quick Views contains reports for data output in grid format
