The Order form > Line Items grid features a Status column to help users identify the current status of parts, labor and miscellaneous items associated with the order.
Available status options are:
DATAENTRY – this typically means nothing has been done to the item. This status drives demand.
CANCELLED – The item has been removed from the order.
ICO – Item has been changed out through an internal change order process.
CCO – It has been changed out through a customer change order process.
PICKED – The item is hard allocated (from inventory) to the order.
SHIPPED – This item has been shipped/delivered/used on the job. This drives financials.
RMA – The item is being processed through RMA.
RETURNED – This item has been received in the warehouse through the RMA process.
