Q360 Verisions 24.01+ have adjusted color management rules on the Parts Pick Queue grid.
The color ranking in our grid system is designed to visually represent the availability and status of items in inventory, helping users quickly assess and prioritize actions. Each color in the ranking—LTGREEN, LTYELLOW, and LTRED—indicates a specific level of availability, which is crucial for managing inventory efficiently.
Rows are color coded according to the following:
Color Definitions and Prioritization:
- LTGREEN:
- Description: Indicates that all required items for the order are fully available in the inventory and can be picked without any restrictions
- Criteria for LTGREEN:
- All items within the
LinkNoor Order have sufficient quantities on hand (QtyOnHand) to meet or exceed the required quantities (Qty) - All linked Purchase Orders (POs) for the Items are marked as “RECEIVED,” ensuring availability for immediate picking
- All items within the
- LTYELLOW:
- Description: Signifies that some, but not all, Items for the Order can be picked. This color is used when there is partial availability, requiring attention to manage Inventory allocation or awaiting additional stock
- Criteria for LTYELLOW:
- Some Items within the
LinkNohave sufficient quantities available, but not enough to fulfill the entire Order - Items may be awaiting fulfillment from a partially received Purchase Order, or some quantities are available in the Inventory, allowing partial Order completion
- Some Items within the
- LTRED:
- Description: Indicates that the Items for the Order cannot be picked due to insufficient inventory. This status requires immediate attention for restocking or adjustments in Order management
- Criteria for LTRED:
- None of the Items within the
LinkNohave the required quantities available in inventory - Linked Purchase Orders for these Items have not been received, which prevents any picking activity for the Order
