Full User License | Named (unrestricted)

The Full User License allows unrestricted use of Q360 by a single named user.  It permits the named user to log in to Q360 on multiple devices simultaneously.  Any access or restriction to any part of the software is as set through permissions by an Administrator

Technician User License | Named

The Technician User License allows the use of a specific subset of features of Q360 by a single named user.  An Administrator controls which features a resource is allowed to access through permissions.  The subset of functionality is listed below

A Technician License provides access to the following features:

Flex User License | Named

The Flex User License allows for the use of all the features included in the Technician User License and several other features, by a single named user.  An Administrator controls which features a resource is allowed to access through permissions.  The additional features available with the Flex license include:

• Tech Credit Card Processing (requires integration to credit card processor) – beta
• Insert Global Comments
• View Business Documentation
• View GPS Mapping (requires integration to Google Maps)
