The v23.02+ Quote Item Import template includes added support for Sections and Parent Sections

Template columns:

• LINE_NO
• SECTIONFLAG
• SECTION
• PARENTSECTION
• QTY
• MASTERNO
• VENDORPARTNO
• PRICE
• COST
• DESCRIPTION
• COMMENT
• MANUFACTURER
• USER columns
• GROUP columns

Add a Section

1. Include a row where SECTIONFLAG = ‘Y’
2. Input the desired Section name in the SECTION column
3. If new Section should be nested under another Section, input the name of the Parent Section in PARENTSECTION column
   • Note:  QTY column will be respected and used to calculate the extended quantity of any Sub (child) Sections

 Line Item Rows

• If an Item should be included within a Section, the name of that Section should be in the SECTION column of the Line Item row
• As with previous functionality, rows without a Section listed will still be assigned to a Section named ‘Import [import number]’
• Note:  The PARENTSECTION column will have no effect on Line Item rows
