Path: Sales > Sales Admin > Sales Rep Global Change
Purpose
Sales Rep Global Change allows administrators to locate every record in Q360 that references a specific Sales Rep and reassign those records to another Sales Rep in one action. This feature allows the User to filter on many different Q360 forms that carry the Sales Rep field such as, Orders, Projects, Opportunities, Invoices, Activities, and more. This allows the User to review the exact scope of the change before committing it
Benefits
- Eliminates manual record‑by‑record updates when a Sales Rep leaves or territories are reassigned
- Reduces the risk of missed Commissions and reporting inaccuracies caused by stale Sales Rep assignments
- Allows administrators to preview all affected rows so they can filter or export for audit purposes
- Honors Q360 security by enforcing the SALESREPCHANGE permission before any listing or update runs
Prerequisites:
Only users with the SALESREPCHANGE : EXEC permission can run or preview this utility
