The summary tab (v23.02+) may be used to quickly and easily review events, emails and activities.  The Summary tab is available on Project, Task, Dispatch, Opportunity, Quote and Order forms.  The information displayed on each summary tab differs slightly depending on the form:

Opportunity form:

• Emails
• Activities

Project form:

• Emails
• Events
• Optional filters: Include Tasks, Include Subtasks (to view events and emails associated with tasks and / or subtasks)

Task form:

• Emails (from this task)
• Events (from this task)
• Optional filter: Include Subtasks (to view events and emails associated with this task’s subtasks)

Quote form:

• Emails

Order form:

• Emails

Service Call form:

• Emails
• Events

Additional Information:

On all above listed forms, the left side panel contains a list of summary items.  Clicking an item in this list will open that item for viewing in the right side panel.  Filtering options to expand / restrict list items (as discussed above) are located at the top of the left side panel.

Note: Only emails flagged as “Archive” will appear on the Summary tab.
