Purpose:

The ‘Service Overview” module enhanced functionality allows users to better manage and monitor third-party service contract renewals by increasing visibility and accessibility of these contracts

Vendor Service Contract Renewal Q bucket:

• This bucket displays a counter, which is dynamically calculated based on the data retrieved from the underlying datasource
• This bucket reflects multiple parameters derived from the workflow’s filter settings, including CompanyNo, Branch, Department and Project Type
• Clicking on the bucket triggers actions based on the currently active filters within the ‘Purchasing Workflow’ – users may click on the bucket to view a more detailed breakdown or list of upcoming service contract renewals that match the selected filters
• This list may be further interacted with, allowing users to drill into specific contracts, review terms, or initiate renewal processes
