Project Management Enhancements

Project tasks: create and nest sub-tasks in the task grid. Automatic sequencing of WBS. Changes to hours tracking (target, scheduled and assigned).

Assignments Grid: view / edit assignments

Global Scheduling: assign project team members (internal and external)

Project Email Templates: alert team members of project role changes

Resource Console: track tasks / opportunity funnel items and sync to Exchange calendar

Service Contract Management Enhancements

Term Management: auto-link Service Contract item RMR term to quotes / orders

Renewal options: increase Service Contract price by a defined percentage and easily create a renewal quote from the contract form

Invoicing: prorate and/or auto consolidate invoices

Service Rate Admin: new SLA Violation live data report (Q0344) and workflow buckets added. Define service rate details and discounts

Deficiency Management

Easily record and access product deficiencies within Q360

Report product deficiencies from the field

Access and manage deficiencies from the Deficiency Queue

Produce quotes and / or repair orders relating to deficiencies, or add to existing service calls / quotes

Auto Time Bills

Easily capture scheduled time off and auto-generate time bills

Link requests for time off to labor rates and task categories

Automatically generate time bills that capture corresponding labor rates, categories, and sub-categories

Ensure that time off is accurately accounted for in employee work schedule, as well as in company accounting and billing systems

Per Diem Functionality

Easily submit per diem expense request from the project form
