- Open the Product record for which the Recurring Call is to be created
- Go to Product > Recurring tab, then click the Recurring Calls grid Add icon
- In the new Recurring Dispatch record that opens:
- Notice a number of field attributes are inherited from the Product
- Fill out the rest of the Recurring Call details including the Call Type, Problem, Problem Description, Tech, CSR, Billable flag (if necessary) and Bill Type. If you would like the Calls to be auto-dispatched, select the “A. Dispatch” flag.
- Be sure to define a Frequency as this will determine how often the Recurring Calls will be created.
- The Renewal field drop down menu contains the option to automatically renew this Contract upon expiry.
- Click the Save icon. The system will automatically create Calls on the recurring Frequency specified, assuming automation configuration is set up
