Yes, this would ideally be set in the material grid by selecting items ready to ship and setting the release date for those items. We recommend not setting this date until you are ready to ship the items.
There is no relationship between the Subcontractor and Contact Number or User ID.
There is currently no way to set a notification or alert in Q360 regarding Subcontractor license expiration. Consider using a customized Q360 report to view Subcontractor expiration dates. This type of report can then be emailed to individuals who require the information.

The Subcontractor Skills, Insurance and Licenses lists are all located in the Subcontractor Admin form (Service menu > Service Admin > Subcontractor Admin).
Yes, the GPS Coordinate Tracking feature functions using Mobile View, however, remember that you must agree to the browser request to share location data.
This feature is helpful when managing field service technicians, and ensure accurate time billing. Some customers may request validation that technicians were onsite and clocked in at a certain time. This may also be used to identify which technician is closest to a given location at a particular time.
Credit card transaction details should be immediately available on the credit card provider’s log. Confirmation of payment (from the credit card provider) would be a function of the provider’s gateway and should be addressed with the provider.
No. Q360 does not provide a receipt for these transactions. Credit card transactions should be viewed through the credit card provider.
The 7-Day view may only be used to view one employee. To view all employees, we recommend using the Timeline view.
The Copy feature copies the Assignment associated with a Task, not the Task itself.
Right-clicking is not possible in the Mobile View (on a mobile device). Additionally, the Resource Console is best viewed on a desktop or laptop (in Full View).
When scheduling Tasks and Calls in the Resource Console, you will typically select both a Date and Time. Note that Tasks and Calls both appear as Assignments in the Resource Console.
Travel time cannot be started directly from the Resource Console.
