You can make a revision on any status, however, the standard status restrictions apply to the new revision. You cannot edit it until it is in a status that allows it.
Yes, previous revisions can be restored.
Yes, the out of the box proposal format does have the revision #. If you have a custom proposal, it will need to be modified.

Currently we do not support Google Drive integration.
No, we only support a single SharePoint site.
Yes. This can be accomplished via a background job.
This will be configured in General Codes > Document Link Type > Cloud Storage Path.
The functionality has not changed in Q360 to see docs. For example, Opportunity documents can be seen in a linked Project. However, the document will NOT move between folders in SharePoint.
Not at the moment. The idea was to ask customer their preferred dates/time of day.
When taking the deposit from the Call, Q360 will charge the credit card and create a liability entry in Q360. It doesn’t not create an actual invoice. The invoice will be created when the call is billed in the office.
Credit Cards can be charged on the Service Call to take deposit or it can be used on Invoice to charge the balance.
We currently do not have a provision to handle CC fees.
Q360 does not store credit card numbers. This functionality requires a 3rd party integration and all transactions and any cards stored for future use are handled by your credit card gateway.
With our ability to set various flags, you can technically have virtual branches. However, this does not have any impact on PO processing or create PO that would be delivered to multiple branches. This is currently not part of our design/roadmap plan.
Ask Q requires your own Azure OpenAI deployment. There are no provisions currently to push any data from Q360 to your Azure OpenAI deployment, other than what is entered into the chat window.
The QForms App can be downloaded at no cost. A license for a single device starts at $58 USD/month.
Yes. We will provide base templates that customers can modify further.
